1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for any Axe House Sports program, class, membership, event, camp, open play session, private lesson, or facility rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Axe House Sports provides youth athletic training and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Soccer Tots (ages 18 months–5 years)

  • Edge Training (sport specific technical, competitive, speed & agility)

  • Open Play / Cub Club memberships

  • Camps and clinics

  • Private and small group training

  • Multi-sport programming

  • Facility rentals

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued at any time.

3. Registration & Payment

3.1 Payment Terms

All registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Session-based programs (including Soccer Tots) require full payment prior to participation.

 

3.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, access to services may be suspended until payment is resolved.

 

3.3 Price Changes

Axe House Sports reserves the right to modify pricing with notice to members.

 

4. Membership Policies

 

4.1 Cancellation

Memberships are cancellable at any time.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions within an active billing period.

 

4.2 Missed Sessions

Members may cancel sessions through our scheduling platform. Credits may be issued at management discretion and must be used within the designated timeframe. Credits have no cash value.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Sprains, strains, fractures, or concussions

  • Equipment-related injuries

  • Collisions with other participants

  • Slips, trips, and falls

By enrolling a participant, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the risks associated with athletic participation.

  • Participation is voluntary.

  • You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss.

 

Axe House Sports LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries sustained during participation except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

A separate signed liability waiver may be required prior to participation.

 

6. Medical Authorization

Parents or legal guardians authorize Axe House Sports staff to seek emergency medical treatment for a participant if deemed necessary.

All medical expenses are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

 

7. Code of Conduct

All participants and spectators are expected to:

  • Demonstrate sportsmanship

  • Follow staff instructions

  • Treat others with respect

  • Refrain from abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior

Axe House Sports reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator for misconduct without refund.

 

8. Facility Use Rules

  • Cleats may be permitted unless otherwise stated.

  • Water only on turf surfaces.

  • No food or gum on turf areas.

  • Participants must wear appropriate athletic attire.

  • Children must be supervised unless enrolled in a structured program.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility.

 

9. Open Play / Cub Club

Open play sessions may involve shared space and mixed age participation.

Parents acknowledge that:

  • Open play may be less structured than formal training sessions.

  • Supervision levels may vary depending on program format.

Parents are responsible for determining whether open play is appropriate for their child.

 

10. Photography & Media Release

By participating in Axe House Sports programs, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during programs to be used for:

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Promotional purposes

If you wish to opt out of media usage, written notice must be provided.

 

11. Refund Policy

  • Session-based programs are non-refundable once started.

  • Camps may be refunded up to 14 days before start date.

  • No refunds for missed sessions.

  • Medical exceptions may be considered with documentation.

All refunds, if approved, are issued at management discretion.

 

12. Independent Contractors

Certain coaches and trainers may operate as independent contractors.

Axe House Sports is not responsible for agreements, payments, or arrangements made outside of the official booking platform.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, curriculum, logos, written materials, and program structures are the intellectual property of Axe House Sports LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

14. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the website

  • Submit false information

  • Misuse booking systems

  • Use automated tools to access services

 

15. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, and communication services. Axe House Sports is not responsible for outages, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party systems.

 

16. Communications & Contact Consent

By submitting any form on our website, registering for a program, signing up for a membership, or otherwise providing your contact information (including name, email address, or phone number), you expressly consent to be contacted by Axe House Sports LLC via:

  • Email

  • Phone calls

  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

  • Automated reminders and marketing communications

These communications may include:

  • Program updates

  • Scheduling reminders

  • Billing notifications

  • Facility announcements

  • Promotional offers

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in emails

  • Replying STOP to text messages

  • Contacting us directly at info@axehousesports.com

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or account-related messages (such as billing confirmations, schedule updates, or safety notifications).

Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

 

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Axe House Sports LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of the facility.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

 

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axe House Sports LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in programs or use of the facility.

 

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

 

20. Modifications

Axe House Sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
